What are the hours of the school day?
Our hours are between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm.

What is the teacher-to-child ratio?
Ratios vary by classroom and teacher. Children of Destiny follows state ratio requirements.

Do children receive a report card?
No but we will communicate with parents regarding their children's development. Parents are encouraged to ask questions and teachers are available every day to answer them.

Does Children of Destiny provide meals or snacks?
Yes, we serve breakfast up to 8:00 AM and an afternoon snack..

What if my child is allergic to certain types of foods?
We require that parents alert us to allergies for inclusion in the child's medical file. Based on the prohibited foods, an allergy plan is created and the child's teachers are alerted. When a food on a child's prohibited list is served, the child receives a substitution.

Do the children go on any field trips?
Occasionally we take certain classes outside the Academy to enrich the learning experience. All field trip destinations are appropriate for small children. And we follow very strict procedures to ensure safety and security while your child's class is out of the building.

Do you require parents to volunteer their time at school?
Parents are not required to volunteer.

What is the tuition and how is it paid?
Tuition is due every Monday for that week. Children of Destiny acceptscash, personal checks and money orders. Our rates are given below but please contact our director for prices specific for you and your children.

Full Time Weekly Rates 4 Days or More - One Child:
Infant $110.00; 2 Years $90.00; 3-5 Years $80.00

Part Time Weekly Rates 3 Days or Less - One Child:
Infant $60.00; 2 Years $54.00; 3-5 Years $48.00
